Yes I do.

Far better than the jarred gravy in the stores and that powdered stuff as well!!

That stuff is for people who either don't know how to make their one gravy or are just to busy to do it.

I usually start with the drippings & brown particles left in the skillet. Depending on how much, I normally add 2 to 3 tablespoons of flour to make a roux, stir it constantly, let it brown a little, then I add some water, starting off with about a cup of water.

Let the gravy come to a boil, lower heat, add salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste. Once the pasty taste from the flour is gone, gravy should be done. For thinner gravy, I add a little more water. For thicker gravy, I add a little les water.

If desired, add a few drops of browning sauce, such as Gravy master to darken the gravy a little.
