Spend the weekend at a friend's house and had dinner there, which consisted of BBQ'd ribs, collard green mac & chese and rice.

had lunch with my family yesterday. My little sister made enchiladas, my mom made beans, my older sister made guacamole, and I made the spanish rice. It was good!

I LOVE enchiladas. Are you from a Latino/a family? I bet they taste so much better when made by those of the traditional culture...

half yes =)

Most the things I cook usually tend to be Spanish or Italian dishes.
Although I am not Italian they are definitely my favorite.

I am trying to branch into learning Asian and other cultures dishes as well while still improving the recipes I have and coming up with new ones.

*Oh separate note*
Betty Crocker has these new macaroni and cheese mixes.
Grilled Cheese and Pizza flavored mac and cheese.

Figured i'd give it a try. Made the pizza one - lol was interesting but I won't be getting it again. Did taste pizza-ish I guess.

Anyone seen these yet?
