Natt
that looks very intriguing. What did you use to bind the spaghetti? Would you care to share your recipe for this. I for one find it very interesting idea.

Thanks
Kim

Fried Chicken tonight.

There was a great photo on the cover of Bon Appetit, and I just had to try it. Instead of the buttermilk soak, It called for an overnight rest in the spices, then a quick dip in the buttermilk/egg mixture, followed by a roll in the seasoned flour. It made for a very light, yet very crisp crust, that didn't fall off the chicken when you bit in. The cooking was a shallow fry - not a deep fry, and 12 minutes in the pan was all it took - no need to finish in the oven.

We both declared it was excellent!

Pan fried seasoned (with my AP seasoning and poultry seasoning) boneless pork loin chops, seasoned Trader Joe’s “teeny tiny” potatoes, mushroom caps and onions fried in chop drippings, grape seed oil and butter and baby spinach and grape tomatoes (dressed with grape seed oil, red wine vinegar, oregano and AP seasoning).
