It depends on the temperature of your place. Usually I keep eggs in the fridge.

I keep them in the fridge. It's the best place for them, because in there, they stay nice & cold!

I store newly-bought eggs in the cupboard for 2-3 days, before transferring it to a fridge.

I often keep eggs in fridge. Or at least, in dry and clean places.

The fridge, of course! Is there any place better?

I store mine in the cupboard and have never had any bother. I only buy half a dozen at a time, so they get used before their use by date. I have read that if you are storing eggs in a fridge, you should keep them in their carton.
