    Huey's Cooking Adventures features the well-known Melbourne chef, Iain Hewitson. It's the same guy that can be seen on the international series of Rex Hunt's Fishing Adventures ( the "piscatorial" show ). What do you think of this show? I've found a DVD with the series...wow.

    My favorite recipe: Sicilian Panfried Swordfish.

    Im an Aussie, Hueys a Kiwi, living in Aussieland for years, his shows have been on here since I dont know when, a long,long time, I use to like him, NOW I think he is a TWIT, he acts drunk on all his shows and episodes, I love his food, BUT It is soooo hard to believe he is actually a proper Chef. I could act better in front of a camera than he does, he is always,and I MEAN ALWAYS making mistakes and slurring his words and fumbling and repeating himself and forgetting things all the time, not occassionly, BUT ALL THE TIME. Not good for a supposedly great Chef, NO I DONT LIKE HIM. He is a bit to FAKE for my likings. But that is just my opinnion, But I do live in Aussie land, He works in Aussieland and he films most of his shows here, then goes all over the world for special shows. You may like him and trust his cooking, sorry I DONT.
