I probably won't do it today because I still have some leftover food to eat, but......,

I think that the next time I cook a meal, I'm making some meat loaf and mashed potatoes, along with a veggie and some brown gravy.

The leftover meat loaf can be eaten cold in sammies, or it can be warmed in the microwave, but I won't have to cook on a torridly hot summer day!!
