Welcome to the site Kaylinda.

I see you own a restaurant. You also do a lot of baking:

Whole millionaire pie?! What's that. I love the name.. haha.. suits me well...

You and like2bake will get along well - she loves to bake.

Your restaurant looks to have an extremely home-made quality to it. Is that fairly normal in southern United States?

You have very interesting items on your menu... I'd love to try southern food sometime.. it looks so good from what I can tell from the Food Network!

Hi Kaylinda

Wow, what kind of restaurant do you own? Is it a bakery? That would be so fun! I am not in the food industry myself, I just LOVE to bake.

Anyways I look forward to more posts about the restaurant!

Do you do any of the baking at your restaurant?

If so, did you go to baking school? Or did you just have parents who taught you? Or are you self taught?

What is your favourite menu item?

Hi to all you new friends! My husband and I have owned our restaurant for 6 years. We are the only two people in our kitchen. Our average people served a day is about 60....(only open 4 hours a night)..but Saturday night we served 95! This is pretty good for two people in the kitchen and one waitress on the floor! Thank you for the pictures posted above. Make yourself that pie...the recipe is on the site! I didn't go to baking school. Everything is self taught. My favorite thing to make is pies...but I love all baking. If I can help out anyone, let me know! Thank you everyone!

Kaylinda

Do you offer seasonal menu choices at your restuarant? (such as Christmas desserts), or is it the same menu year round?

:D

Our menu stays the same year round. Our buffet changes daily. We also have a dessert bar that goes with all meals...so I have the option to make what I want for that.
