Hello everyone, my names Jane and this is my first post!

I was just reading through all the pages and came across this one and it seems very relevent to what I have been searching for on the internet recently. Weve been having alot of BBQs recently and we always seem to have too much chicken and lots of leftovers! I was thinking about what I could do with it all (i hate wasting food) and i came across a Turkey leftovers recipe website (http://www.bernardmatthews.com/RecipeSearchResults.asp?CategoryID=15)!

Hope this is help to someone! Please let me know if you have any other ideas!

It depends on how you cook your chicken, do you grill it or barbecue it? Meaning is it covered in barbecue sauce or is it just seasned and grilled?

Without sauce you can (besides what Lovetobake offered) you can make quesadillas, add some green chiles, cheese, flour tortillas maybe some maranara or salsa to dip it in.

Chicken pot pies, chicken salsa soup, chicken tortilla soup, chicken a la king, Caesar chicken pasta, chicken alfredo pot pie (casserole really), chicken black bean and corn enchilada casserole, I could go on for days. If you want any of these reicpes email me directly and ask for the name of the recipe you would like. Also if you have leftover sausages, or beef I have recipes for that too. Just let me know how you prepare it and I can give you some reicpes for it more than likely. Good luck

Notes I like to use my leftover turkey from Thanks giving or Christmas for this dish. Also add more chicken broth if you would like this a little more like soup. It is more of a stew consistency.
