I can't say I like his show Emeril Live. But I like Essence of Emeril.

I do like his recipes, and his restaurants

I like his remoulade sauce, Very easy and Very good! there are other recipes also but you get the idea. He is a Great Chef also!

The only problem that I have with Emeril is that he uses the Viking stand mixer which is no good. The bowl sometimes won't come off!

What an embarrassment that must be! The same thing happened with Bobby Flay on HIS show Throwdown.

I DO have Emeril's 10-pc stainless steel cookware set though with open stock pcs added to it.

I agree about these two shows. :)

Emiral Live is like a sideshow. I like my cooking shows straight.

I sort of have to agree with Anthony Bourdain's assessment of Emeril...he's a catchphrase spouting Ewok. That said, he does have some good recipes, but who doesn't?

I've watched both of his shows but enjoy Essence of Emeril the best. Each of his recipes that I've tried has turned out great!

Emeril's recipes show a good grasp of flavor balancing, and they're usually pretty quick and simple. His shows are boring, though.

That sounds exactly like something Bourdain would say.

I loved A Chef's Tour... His arrogance has a certain charm to it.
