Just wanted to stop by and say hey. I love to cook, but more importantly I love to eat. I can't wait to try out some of the things that I learn from this board. You guys seem like a nice bunch so I figured I'd actually sign up and put in my two cents every once in a while.

Thanks for checking out the blog. It's really basic, but hopefully I have some time pretty soon to take it a little more serious.
