Sweet Tooth

I had to admit I had a sweet tooth and know sweets are bad for health. But I just got back from Libya a couple of weeks ago. Had to stop by at Rafaat Hallab and Sons, probably the most famous maker of sweets in Tripoli or some say Middle East.

Anyone know any cure for sweet tooth?

I'm not sure there is a cure for a sweet tooth. I am more tempted by salty tastes and at times I find bad things hard to resist. I think whatever our weakness we have to manage what we eat to some extent. Enjoy your sweets, but only have them occasionally as a treat. There are lots of naturally sweet tastes that you can include in your diet, many fruits are sweet and you could include a little honey to sweeten other things in your day to day cooking.
