Recently, I've come across a couple of documentaries about food and nutrition, and I ended up horrified, swearing I'd never eat those things again. And it's true, you know, that animals should be more than some other random-assed crap we put on our plates, and meat and other animal products are not healthy for us to begin with.
Cancer food is food that can give you cancer. Or diabetes, or other sci-fi disease that you wouldn't think can happen to you. Except for the obvious one, like McD food or sweets or chips, cancer food is super-market meat, milk, cheese, eggs. And I've decided not to eat that. The problem was when I realized what I've got left: fruit and veggies and nuts.
Not being much of a chef, I come to you, kind people, and ask: does anybody here cook vegan? And if you do, can you share some of those non-cancer recipes with the rest of us?
Thanking you deeply, I will be back and read and cook and post.
