Wow, no takers, I'm shocked! I'm not asking for anything in return except for a review, I promise. I won't try to solicit to anyone who tests, all I need is feedback to assist in perfecting my product. Stainless steel is great to bake on, and these are very high end commercial style baking sheets. Come on, give it a try:p

I have just changed to that flexible bakewear, I am not sure what it is made of but it is brilliant. It makes baking so much easier, so I am not interested on trying anything else, sorry. Now that I have something I am happy with I'm not going to change.
