You will need
2 cups fresh alamang or small shrimps
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 stalks green onions, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce:
1 can (234 g) DEL MONTE PIneapple chunks
1 small green bell pepper, cut into cubes
2 tbsp DEL MONTE Vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
How to make
1. marinate fresh alamang in tbsp calamansi juice, 1 tsp rock salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. tost in a little oil for 3 minutes. Combine with the remaining ingredients except for sauce.
2. Form into 1 tbsp patties. Fry until golden brown.
3. Combine ingredients for sauce, except pineapple. Simmer until thick. Add DEL MONTE Pineapple chunks last. Pour over alamang patties.
