You will need
1 pkg (200 g) elbow macaroni cooked per package directions
1 can (200 g) luncheon meat, fried and cut into small cubes
1 can (439 g) DEL MONTE Pineapple tidbits, drained 1 medium carrot, boiled, peeled and cut into cubes
1/2 cupevaporated milk
2 tbsp DEL MONTE Vinegar
Here's how
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients. Season with 1 tsp fine salt, 1/8 tsp pepper and 2 tbsp sugar. Blend well. Chill.
2. Stir in DEL MONTE Vinegar with evaporated milk. Let stand for 3 minutes. Mix with cream. Pour over macaroni mixture. Toss to blend well. Chill until ready to serve.
