You will need
4 pcs (1/4 kilo medium shrimps
1/2 kilo cabbage, shredded
1 can (439 g) DEL MONTE Pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup pickle relish syrup
Dressing:
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved
in tbsp water
Here's how
1. Cooked shrimps, remove shells and split into lengthwise. Combine with remaining ingredients except for dressing. Chill.
2. Dressing. Combine milk, water, dissolved cornstarch and egg yolk. Stir until well blended. Season with 1 tsp rock salt. Cook over medium heat with constant stirring for 5 minutes. Cool
3. Blend in pineapple cabbage mixture. toss until mixed. Chill until ready to served.
