Ingredients
6 tbsp cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 can (234 g) DEL MONTE Fresh cut crushed pineapple, well drained
2 tbsp, chopped pimiento
2 medium cucumbers, seeds removed, sliced and chilled
Procedure
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in DEL MONTEFresh Cut Crushed Pineapple and pimiento. Season with 1/8 tsp iodized salt, 1/4 tsp pepper. Chill. toss in chilled cucumber just before serving. Can be serve with other vegetables
