Ingredients

1/2 kg fresh dilis
1 pc chicken egg beaten (optional)

Breading mix

1 C All purpose flour
1 t nutmeg
1 t black pepper
1 t salt
oil for frying

Procedure

1. Wash and drain dilis
2. Mix with calamansi juice
3. Add beaten egg (optional)
4. Put the breading mix in a plastic bag and add dilis, shaked well until coated
5. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy
6. Serve with catsup
