I made this cake today, and it is sooooo yummy:) Here is the recipe
White Nut Cake
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 cups white flour
1/2 shredded nuts, your choice ( I use Brazil nuts)
1/2 cup butter or margerine
4 tsp baking powder
a few shakes of salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-tsp Irish Cream Liquer
Preheat oven to 350 degrees C. Grease your baking pan of choice. Cream margerine with eggs, vanilla, and liquer. Add dry ingredients including nuts to this mixture. Now add the milk. Mix well. Bake for 35-40 mminutes or until lightly golden on top.
