You will need
crust:
1 1/2 cups graham craker crumbs
6 tbsp melted margarine
Filling
1 can (439 g) Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, drained (reserved syrup)
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup fiesta fruit cocktail syrup
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Here's how
1. Combine ingredients for crust. Pres evenly on the bottom and sides of 9" pie plate. Chill for 30 minutes.
2. Combine gelatin and Fiesta Fruit Cocktail syrup. Stir well blended. Heat until gelatin is dissolved. Combine with milk and sugar. Pour over prepared crust. Add Del Monte Fiesta Fruit cocktail. chill until set.
