Ingredients
500 g ampalaya
250 g lean beef or tenderloin (if lean beef is used then mix with tenderizer)
2 t oil
2 pcs ginger, thinly sliced
2 small onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 t blackbeans
1 cube knorr chicken
1 t cornstarch
1/2 c water
1/4 t msg
dash of salt
Procedure
1. Wash and slice ampalaya diagonally
2. Heat oil and saute onion, garlic and ginger
3. Add black beans then stir
4. Add meat until it turns white
5. dissolve in knorr cubes
6. Add ampalaya and 1/2 c water, allow to boil
7. stir in cornstarch and add MSG and dash of salt if needed
