cooking mistures
2 pieces star anise
1 c unsweetened pineapple juice
1 or 2 cups water
1 piece bay leaf
3 pieces clavo de comer
3 pieces oregano
5 pieces pepper corn
1/2 kilo bron sugar
1/2 c anisado wine or 1 bottle 7-up
1/2 tsp salt
cooking procedures
1. cook for 1 1/2 hour
2. cool and untie
3. wrap in cling wrap
4. put inside freezer
