Sherry server

I am looking for small decanter type glassware to serve sherry as a side to she-crab soup. I have had this in a restaurant, where they served the sherry on the side for the customer to add rather than mix it into the soup.

These were clear cut-glass, and were between an inch and two inches tall. There was a neck and it looked like the wine had to be put in with a small funnel. They appeared to hold about an ounce of sherry.

I have looked online in restaurant supply houses, under glassware, etc. with no luck. Can anyone direct me to where I might find these?
