My friend suggested the raw detox diet to me (she said that after a month she felt amazing and had dropped a ton of weight). What does everyone else think about it?

Even if it does sound very healthy and good, I still like the meals we normally cook. Sure they are not always a blessing for our health, but they are very tasty and we don't go overboard with some ingredients either as too damage the health. I eat same meals I used to eat for years and it's all just fine.

I think that he is pertaining to eat some fruits and vegetables. There is nothing wrong in eating some raw foods because all the nutrients are still intact.

I remember that Japanese eat sushis which have raw fish or other seafood in it. I wouldn’t try to eat those sushis simply because I’m not used to it.

Hmm.. I sometimes eat raw vegetables, i can't say i don't. But i think that cooked meals are more tastier.
I haven't heard about this concept, of eating raw food, it sounds strange, i really do need a warm meal at least once a day, or else i feel sick.

I can’t only raw vegetables because it is just a common practice in our country. What I can’t do is eating those raw fish that Japanese are used to. Another thing that I can’t eat is raw meat. I’m not a cannibal.
