Anyone think I could use basket cheese for a mac & Cheese recipe? I have some left over from easter.

We never had leftover chees from easter.. but i think you should first see if it is still good to eat. See if it doesn't smell to bad. If it is still ok, you could make some cheese cakes :D
If you think it is not good enough for you to eat i suggest you throw it away or give it to a homeless shelter.
