I think that doing some exercise is a must for everyone. If you haven’t been able to do so, then you are making a big mistake because you will tend to become weak overtime until that you feel stressed out. You can’t enjoy all the things that you are in right now if you are having some stress.

Well.. i always say i don't have time for exercising :D It's really a big fat lie, i do have the time but i am just to lazy to do this in the morning, before going to work..
Relating this to the kitchen - i am almost sure that my wife will be stronger then me in a few years :D It takes strength to steer in a mayonnaise or to slice cabbage or things like that..

A good exercise is always great for the health. I am pretty busy all day with work and the family and even trying to be the lousy cook I am, but I try to find some time for myself too. A bit of a sport is making me feel good.

Oh.. i do exercise :) A lot actually.
I have a sport class in school ,which i have to attend, and i took some karate lessons some time ago. then i had to quit because i had no more free time left and now i practice aerobics every week :)

I think that we should exercise each day because we will get fat if we don’t. Everyday we are used too eating a lot. We can lend some small portion of our time to exercising and that’s it. It’s not really that hard to get some time for exercising.

I used to do competitive karate and dance. However, rather than actively exercise, I tend to participate in activities that I enjoy anyway: hiking, skiing, rock climbing, swimming, kayaking, camping, etc. I find that just by being a fairly active person, I get plenty of exercise and don't really have to think about it.
Hmm.. i do exercise, but not a lot.
i used to go swimming a while ago, but now i stopped because i don't have the time. I feel sorry, but my job, well...
I think i will go to the gym in a few weeks, i must clear up my schedule and make time for exercise since I miss it.

I love swimming and going for walks in the country especially now that the weather is so nice and warm.

This summer I started walking in the pool. We have an above ground pool (24 foot) and as my son swims and plays I walk for about 45 minutes to an hour. I hurt my back and neck from falling down some stairs and I can only walk about 10 to 15 minutes on hard ground, but the pool makes it almost pain free. I'm hoping I can get in shape enough so that when we have to cover the pool for the winter I can still continue outside the pool.

We bought a treadmill and I get on that 3 times a week and do some interval training. then 2-3 times more per week, I do some tai Chi with Scott cole, and some pilates! Will be getting a dog soon and he will need lots of excercise so I will be getting more anyway. LOL. Good Thread!

I recently got a gym membership and I go about 4-5 times per week for about
45-50 minutes per session. I do about 15 minutes of cardio and the rest of the time I do the machines and stretching.

i recommend the gym for all people who love to eat.
exercise inceases your metabolism overall but more so for about an hour or so after doing the exercise itself. For this hour your metabolism is at its highest, so in this time really within limits you can eat what you want
Also remember moderate weight traning to build a little muscle is very good for you, muscle burns twice what fat burns.

I try to work out 4 times a week and rest three days a week and also work on different muscle groups. its the best thing in life for your overall well being.

I have been walking everyday, for over a week now. I go out for a minimum half an hour to 45 minutes everyday, rain or shine. It feels good that I am doing something just for me.

amazing you will really get a great body exercising everyday without minding rain or shine. I exercise everyday but I'm not going outside just inside the house. It's already good for me because it maintains my body fit.

I like swimming and skipping..i think these two exercises are enough for the perfect body..
