Appetizers

What do you cook when it comes to appetizers?
What do you think would make a good appetizer?
Something very light, such as small sandwiches or something like mayonnaise salads and such?

Appetizers are one of my favourite parts of a dinner party. I like to think I'm very good in preparing delicious and attractive appetizers. You can use a large variety of ingredients: bacon, cheese, olives, pickles, vegetables etc. . Any kind of sandwiches and salads, if they are prepared by a talented cook, make delicious appetizers.

Depends on the tone of the dinner party. For a casual party, dips are always fun. Or for a more elegant dinner party, pretty little canapes are best-- whatever you think your guests will like! It's going to differ a lot from party to party.
