You need:
1 chicken
salt
oil

How to make the roast:
The chicken is peeled of feathers, then you salt it a bit and put it in the oven on a tray under which you put a recipient with water. In the tray you put the chicken in you add a little oil, so it won't stick to the pan.
When it changes the color to brownish - it's ready.

Just to clarify-- the name for this is roasted chicken, not chicken roast. :) And I dunno... it seems to me you could make this recipe a LOT better by adding some wine, onion, garlic, spices... pretty much anything. Chicken isn't the most flavorful meat out there. Have you tried Greek lemon chicken? I have a recipe for that that's wonderful, full of flavor from lemon, oregano, olive oil, and garlic. Yuuuum. Now THAT's chicken.

Sorry but that was totally unhelpful. It's not a very good suggestion for making a meal.

This is just to Hilarious to comment on, In Australia we dont PEEL Feathers WE PLUCK them, sorry, didnt do anything for me.
