License to Grill

There's a guy making all kinds of grilled meals, some more creative than the others. I have watched some episodes and I have to say I really liked the show. License to Grill. Anyone seen it? Did you like it?

Yeah, that guy is amazing! And the show has 4 (yes, my friends, I wrote four) seasons! Come on, has anyone ever imagined that there are sooo many recipes? I personally enjoy backyard cooking and the traditional family barbecue. The most shocking thing I've discovered while watching the show: grilled desserts.:eek:

Oh! That show is so cool! I have watched two and a half seasons and plan on buying them on DVD when they come out. :D Indeed, the grilled desserts are most unusual. My favourite recipe from that show (I've tried it several times) is the yeanling meat barbecue with hot ketchup. It's absolutely delicious.
