Do you always think about your health?
I mean, of course you do, but do you always cook healthy meals or do you sometimes just feed yourself?
Sometimes people don't have the time to cook, but if they have this principle they still try to eat healthy no matter what.

Sometimes no, when attending a party I really can't help my self to eat oily foods and a lot of meats. But without attending a party I always do.

I think that's exactly how it should be. If you eat healthy most of the time, then you don't need to feel bad if sometimes you just eat what you feel like. I mean, it's not the pudding on Christmas and the cream cake on your birthday that make you fat. Fat and sugar only make you pick up weight if they are sort of your main food.
I don't actually worry much about healthy or not if I plan my meals. Seeing that they mainly consist in vegetables, our overall diet should be quite healthy. If I then feel like having a lot of cheese on my ovenbaked dishes so be it. After all, we are not having that every day and in general our food contains quite little fat and sugar.
I think, if one doesn't urgently need to go on a diet because of one's health, then nobody should bother with counting calories. As long as you eat lots of fruit and veggies, lots of grain products, not so much meat and only a bit of fatty or sugary stuff every now and then, you will be fine. After all, life should still be enjoyable.

I think most people always think about their health but it is very difficult to avoid those unhealthy foods. As for me, I always try to eat healthy foods as far as I can.:)

Hardly anyone of us take meals on healthy basics, we are always in a hurry and try to just eat quick foods or what is available at once and when become ill then we try to take healthy foods. By taking healthy meals from beginning we would not get ill and remain fit forever. Thats why i have posted some healthy meal menus twice a month to give some healthy meal ideas.

Nice thought, but we get ill, age, and die irrespective of the "healthy" foods or lifestyle we have. I've lived long enough for most foods to have gone through the cycles of "good for you", "bad for you", several times over, depending on what happens to be the fad at the moment.
What I have found to be "unhealthy" is the word "excessive". Avoid it and most people will live a good and probably healthy life.
