I think that every cook should consider getting rid of the fat for health purpose. We can do these by cooking foods that have those soups with them. Another cooking method which reduces the fat content is grilling your food like barbeque. This way we don’t have to get worry of the person who will eat our cook foods getting sick because of to much fat.

I start liking grilled food more than I liked before. Never thought too much about the fat content, but some of the meals are really heavy for the liver, that's for sure. Using olive oil also helps some more in this since the sunflower oil is not as "light" as this one.

I never gave too much thought to the fat content problem either... Some say that the richest meals are the most delicious ones, so, considering this, cutting down on the fat content would be a neggative thing. I guess I should try cooking foods that have those soups with them more often, although I don't have a weight ''thing''...

I don't think olive oil is really healthier than sunflower oil. Another way to get rid of the fats is boiling , or steam boiling but boiling the vegetables or the meet you lose a lot of vitamins.

I think that cutting the fat out will help you live a healthier life because you can avoid the sickness that comes with fatty foods. I don’t know why this guy likes the fat contents.

I like grilled food as well because I don’t have the pleasure of eating so much. We normally eat food that is cook on a stove. So, grilled food is cook when there are occasions.

I also like grilled food, and also i boil a lot. I got used to it while i was on a diet.
I think boiling is a good solution too, and also we have to watch what we buy, so we don't end up home with a bunch of full of fat products..

Low fat or no fat meals can be very tasty too. I don't like using a lot of oil in my cooking and always measure the oil with the spoon and never pour. Still you don't loose on taste.

Quite frankly, there isn't anything wrong with most natural fats, especially in meats. The natural fat that runs out of a grilled steak is actually good for you, as it's a complex fat loaded with nutrients and enzymes.

You'll hear of people pressing the fatty juices out of their burgers and whatnot, but that's an honest waste not to mention a deduction of flavor and fullness. Most things you grill have a health fat content.

If you're trying to cut out the fat content for diet purposes, you're cutting the fat out of the wrong part of your diet. Perhaps consider skipping the liter of coke you planned on serving with the meal. ;)

Actually I would prefer to let things be and just like the fat stays. Fat is a major taste enhancer and if taken in moderation is not that great a health risk. To cut down fat consumption, I rather eat smaller portions.

I agree...I would just cut down on size of product rather than fat content.
