I think pancakes are a great way to be creative. Anyone knows how to cook some pancakes but this is only an example of what you can prepare starting from pancakes.
What do we need?
Pancake cake:

1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1 cup of water
1 egg
salt

Filling:

1 1/2 pound (70 dag) of mushrooms
2/3 pound (30 dag) of onion
7 ounces (20 dag) of cheese
salt
pepper

More:

ketchup

Now that we've got all the ingredients let's start "creating"!
To pan empty flour, pour milk, water and add eggs. Add salt. Mix.
On hot pan pour olive and then pour pancake cake. Bake pancakes. (ingredients for 6-7 pancakes).
Slice mushrooms, fry. Then mix with chopped onion and fry together.
Add spices.
Grate cheese. On baked pancake put the filling, sprinkle cheese. Roll. Then sprinkle cheese again and bake few minutes. Serve with ketchup.

I've actually tried this recipe five or six months ago when my aunt and uncle stayed for the weekend. I think the recipe in the cook book I used then didn't mention anything about the chopped onion though...

I also tried this recipe (for two times) that's why i recommended it here. First time i forgot to add the onion but second time i also added some onion. The difference was quite noticeable. You should add onion if you plan to cook this(only if you like it).
