In a fast-food era with so many unhealthy snacks we can eat all the time it's hard keeping cooking healthy food. Is it important to cook meals that are good and also very healthy? Do you just cook what you can and not worry that much about nutrition stuff?

Although I work in a pizza place, I still believe in healthy cooking. I agree that it is very easy to fall into the fast-food trap. Low prices and high availabilty, and drive-thru lanes.
The price for convenience is high calories, high carbs, and high fat.

I try to cook healthy meals as often as I can, but I have to admit do enjoy fast food just as well... It's not (only) about the low prices, 'cause there are many healthy ingredients that are not expensive at all, but mostly about the taste and high availability. Besides, nutritious fast-food products can also exist. There's vegetarian pizza, for instance.

It's very important to me to eat healthy meals...Usually that means making them myself or eating something my mom makes...Sometimes fast food is the way to go, but there are always healthier alternatives even with fast food....

As far as I’m concern I like cooking the recipe which is on my budget. I do cook some healthy food sometimes, but I can’t seem to forget about fast-food because I’m busy with my job. I think that it we can balance our intake of fast-food we can save our money for ingredients on our daily cooking.

Cooking healthy meals will ensure us that we can have the energy that we need in our day to day activities. I think that we can’t them right if we aren’t healthy enough to do so. So eating healthy food is a must for me.

Healthy food should be important to all of us.But ... heeeey !!! ... can you tell me why fast food can't be healthy ? would be lovely to find out fast can be and IS healthy ! Can anyone make it clear for me ?
