Do you take dietary, or herbal supplements? Which ones? How often?
I don't take many. When I am ill though I take 2-3 500 mg vitamin C tablets per day, and 1-3 echinacea 350 mg capsules per day.

Not me. I enjoy food too much. I think I get more than my share of everything...lol.

I go through stages where I will take a few different vitamins and then I get fed up and forget to take them.

The only thing I'll take is cod liver capsules, oils your joints up :D

If you eat healthy, you need supplements.
If you don't eat healthy, you really need supplements.
Find a supplement that you like and believe in so you will continue to use it and get the benefits.

I agree, I take a bunch a day. Milk thistle, grape seed extract, 2 grams of vitaman C, etc My doctor doesn't believe in them but he keeps me straight by telling me about drug interations with my prescription meds like pineapplejuice...

Hey Nochef what do you take milk thistle for? is it a capsule/tablet? or a liquid? just curious:D

My doctor has me taking four fish oil capsules daily to lower my triglycerides level. He also has me taking vitamin D tablets after having a vitamin D blood test that showed that I could use more vitamin D.
I take Lutein softgels daily for my eyes. I also take Centrum Silver tablets to make sure I get all my vitamins and minerals.

I take Sam-e so that my bones don't creak and I have a smile on my face (despite my mood).

I don't take any supplements.
I try to eat right and exercise and it keeps me healthy.
