Darryl and Michael are two of my favorite chefs. They work for Red Lobster and they have some great videos online that show cooking tips and techniques. I feel like I learn something new everytime I watch them and they do a great job explaining things so even amateur cooks (like myself) can catch on. Check out these Seafood videos (http://www.youtube.com/user/RedLobsterSeafood) that were recently posted on youtube. They also have great a chef's blog (http://www.redlobster.com/blog/) updated with new tips and recipes as well as information on what's going on in the Red Lobster kitchen. These guys are great.
