What are your taste preferences? Do you prefer: sweet or salty? sour or bitter?

I would say I usually prefer sweet to salty and sour to bitter...

I like sour to bitter and spicey to bland. My grandma used to say that our taste buds change every 10 years, so keep trying foods or recipes you never used to like. Maybe she is right, I don't know.
