When making a pizza from scratch, any preference on what mix you like to use when preparing the crust?

Chef21,

I am afraid that I can't be much help. I usually go to my local pizza place and buy raw dough from them.

It is easy, fast, not all that exspensive and the stone in my oven loves it.

I don't cook pizza very often (I find the ordered one a lot more delicious), but I did try a pizza recipe from my grandmother's cook book a couple of times. The ingredients were:
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup warm water (between 95° and 115° F.)
2 T yeast (2 tablespoons, I like my dough a little yeasty. You can use less...)
2 T honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Enjoy! :)

I would not survive at times without BOBOLI pizza shells since I'm too hungry at the moment to prepare the dough by hand.

Hmm.. i don't know a favorite one, but i think i like it to be a bit fluffy.
Usually we order the pizza and it is just as good, but when my wife cooks it she uses some sort of a dough made with bread. I don't know the recipe exactly, i only know that i saw some bread dipped into milk.

I make the crust from scratch when I make pizza. It usually turns out pretty fluffy (not a flat bread/crust forsure). I often add many herbs and cheeses to the pizza crust dough, so it is extra zesty.:p
