Combi Oven

So my partner just got a new combi oven to replace the microwave and toaster. I am looking forward to using it, but I am not sure what I can make. Any suggestions? Will banana bread be possible?

If it is a combi, it is an oven and a microwave. Banana bread would work as well in it as in a regular oven.

I should amend my post slightly. A combi oven is a convection oven, not a standard. Typical convection techniques would apply

I once had one, but I think that the careloess & reckless roomates I had, ruined it.

So far, I have only used it as a microwave to heat stuff. The manual doesn't say anything about baking bread, only cooking fish and meat. I am planning to try banana bread this week...crossing my fingers!
