Hi, Everyone
Just wanted to introduce myself. I am a bit of a soup fiend as you may see from later posts, but I like most forms of cooking. I am not much of a baker, but I think that will come with practice.
I am currently working my way through Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking. What a great book! All the techniques explained, with shortcuts, and even updated recently to account for food processors!
