Ok guys & gals, what are your plans for Labor Day? It is almost upon us. It supposedly maks the end of the summer, though most of the month should still be warm.

Do you plan to cook out (BBQ) in the backyard?

What dishes are you planning to make? Are you having a large crowd over?

I've been invited to 2 cookouts And for each of them, I'm making & bringing my favorite dish - Big Daddy's Honey Buffalo Wings, a pound cake, yellow rice and some mustard greens.

Everyone who has tried the Honey Buffalo Wings LOVES them and wants me to make some for them!! It's quickly becoming very famous in the neighborhood!!!

I'm working most of the weekend, but my partner and I are spending sunday together, our schedule hasn't worked out well lately, so we are going to make the most of sunday, by having a nice dinner and maybe a movie or two.

It IS tasty, very tasty!

Actually, it is a 7up pound cake, and it is very lemony and tasty! It's the one & only pound cake that I've been making for years now.

Cooked a lot of food yesterday for a cookout that I went to. Now I'm cooking for another cookout for tomorrow!

Don't know how I mustered up the strength to do all of that yesterday, but I managed to pull it off!!
