For those who are not fans of the banana like me, you can make the recipe below, another way to enjoy bananas =)
Ingredients :
4 eggs
2 ripe bananas, sliced thinly
5-6 slices bread, remove the crust
4 cups milk
2/3 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
How to make :
Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
Spread butter over both sided of bread and cut slices of bread into half.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla, until smooth.
Arrange bread in a pie dish.
Spread raisins, grated cheese and bananas in between bread slices.
Pour custard over bread. Set aside for 10 minutes for bread to soak up custard.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the surface turn into golden brown
Serve with fruit on top
