Hey I was wanting to buy some new pans and I was thinking about buying the Rachael Ray ones, if anyone has any input on this I would love to hear from you.

Ok, now you have done it! Right out of the chute you want to start a huge discussion right up there with "what is the best chefs knife" LOL
As with Knives, it is a very personal choice. Stainless steel, aluminum, coated, cast iron, and on and on. I have a few pieces of Emeril's, so Rachaels should be fine :) I love Calphalon, but again that is personal, and Scanpan.
Here is a link to look at different kinds. A lot like buying a car, confusing.

I would say, buy a basic set or 1-3 open stock pieces and decide if YOU like it.

I've seen them and was surprised at how very cheap they seemed. Very light and flimsy. They are made in China and India.
I'd suggest looking at that site NOCHEF linked to and also looking at a bunch of different kinds before buying. Also checkout Cookware and More's website.
Pick up an Emerilware or AllClad saucepan and then pick up a RR saucepan and you'll see what I mean.
People give good reviews to the cookware sold at Costco which is a cheaper alternative.

I actually own the Orange set. I like them. They are not bad at all, no warping, even heating, can go in the oven. My advice would be still spend the money on one good stainless steel skillet, but other than that, these pans are great.
