It appears that I posted the recipe for pizza crust, but not the sauce. I'll have to find it.

Here it is.
I think it's the same one that I used. I tweaked it more or less. It requires no pre-cooking or pre-boiling at all! Results may vary;
1 large can crushed tomatoes.
1 medium can tomato sauce.
1/4 cup sugar.
1/2 teaspoon each;
Salt.
Oregano
Basil
Black pepper.
Garlic powder.
Onion powder.
Silvia's Seasoning (optional).
Seasoned Salt.
1/4 cup veggie, canola or soybean oil.
Small onion, chopped or minced (optional).
2 cloves garlic, minced.
Combine all ingredients in lage mixing bowl. Stir with spoon or wire whip until well blended. Taste to see if seasonings are ok. Adjust seasonings, if needed or desired.
You can also combine all of the ingredients into the large work bowl of your food processor and pulse several times to incorporate all the ingredients.
Pour one or more ladles of the sauce onto prepared pizza dough and spread evenly in a spiral pattern over dough close to the edges.
Add your favorite toppings, such as pepperoni, sausage, sliced meatballs, ground beef , crushed bacon or veggies. Sprinke shredded mozzarella over all.
Bake in preheated 350 - 375-degree oven for 15 minutes, or until crust is golden around the edges and cheese is slightly brown and bubbly. Slice into 6 or 8 slices. Enjoy!!
If interested, I posted the recipe for Quick & Easy Pizza Dough in the Bread forum. Or you can use one of your own. Enjoy!!
