I use this recipe when I need more chocolate in my life... lol, and it's very easy!

CHEWY CHOCOLATE-CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE BARS
• one store-bought chocolate cake mix
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• one fresh egg
• Ό cup powdered sugar
• 1½ cup milk chocolate chips
• 3 tbsp cold milk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Spread mixture evenly into a cupcake pan. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes or until firm; (stick a toothpick in the middle of a cupcake and if it comes out clean, it’s done). Let cool and remove from pan.

Also, I keep cupcakes fresh in plastic ziplock bags or a storage container (it only lasts a few days, but then the cupcakes are always gone by then... haha).

Hope you enjoy! (Sorry it's not in metric...lol). Cheers!

You could use virtually any cake recipe to make cupcakes. You don't have to specifically look for cupcake recipes.
