Merry Christmas from New Zealand

For a history class I will be giving a speech on the topic of Christmas in New Zealand. I have a chance to earn extra credit if I bring in a traditional holiday dish- I have chosen to make Pavlova. The only recipes I can find are for one big cake, I wanted to make 25 small ones so I can hand one out to everyone instead of making a mess and cutting up a big one. Any suggestions?

I tried making those cupcakes...they tasted great! The only problem is that they take a bit long to make. Does anyone happen to know any easier New Zealand recipes?
