What do you think of star fruit?

I bought my first star fruit a couple weeks ago and finally cut it up today. It was sooooo yummy, and lovely. I only wish star fruit would grow in the Canadian climate....

i find star fruit to be very juicy and sweet. i live in a tropical climate so we have star fruit practically all year round. i like to dip it in either sugar or salt.
