I often can'tfinish meals I eat at restaurants and bring what's left home. A few days later, I pop the meals into my microwave(850 watt) to warm up and eat. When the food is fried and crisp, I have tried to maintain the crispness, but failed. Is there a best temp and time to set to keep the crispness? Is there something to wrap it in that would help?

A few days later ? Throw it out ! To give doggy bags a chance they should be no more than a day old and for most foods I would reheat them in an moderate oven foiled for no more than 15 minutes then remove foil for the last 5 minutes. To put it bluntly, doggy bags will never be as good as they were at the restaurant so don't expect much...

Doggy bags are OK the day after, but always a let-down of the real thing.

Leftover make a wonderful omelete.
Chop leftovers in bites.
In a frying pan with a little olive oil add some onion and green/red pepper, saute for a little until the veggies are softer, add the chopped leftovers and mix.
Salt and pepper to taste, some other spices if you like.
Beat 4 eggs and pour over everything in the pan.
And enjoy!

Actually, the question should be the best time for food warmups. Leftovers are best consumed no more than a day after they have been cooked, as they still retain their quality during that period.
