Pork flavoured Cauliflower

Hi there.
I was at a friends house once, and they cooked up a meal with Cauliflower what tasted and looked exactly like Pork, everyone who ate it all thought it was pork until it was reveled it was actually cauliflower cooked in a special way.

My friend would not tell us how she did it. but im curious if anyone out there knows how to do this, or have a simular recepie, be an interesting one to know.

It could be the stock or broth that makes the cauliflower taste like pork. Or maybe, there a marinating process that had been one on it. :)

a very special recipe indeed. I haven't eaten that kind of dish before, but I'm also interested to know what it is.
