Hello, Chef Nick here. My start as a foodie started with family camping and Boy Scouts. My parent’s recognized that as a youngster I had a real interest in cooking. My Mom would share cooking techniques in the kitchen and my Dad would help me along with outdoor cooking over the campfire.

Now, many years later I have an Associates Degree in Food Service and many years in the field (over 25 yrs). I have written a booklet on cooking tips & techniques and published my first cookbook in 2005.

Looking forward to sharing with all of you.

A few questions for you:

Do you specialize in any particular type of cusine?
How often do you bake things?

How selfish of you! LOL the question should be how often do you cook, what type of cuisine does you like, and do you have any secret recipes. :rolleyes:

Like my sister, you baking types think you are the top if the food chain! Just kidding, love ya

Welcome, Chef Nick ~ I'll bet you are an expert in Italian cooking, huh? I hope so as I, too, am of Italian heritage and still make a lot of the dishes that my mother and grandmothers did. Maybe, you would share one of your favorite recipes with us. Where may I find your cookbook? Hope to read you soon!!!
