I use a simple recipe that I came up with measuring all ingredients by weight. I use grams because it is more accurate.

300 g bread flour
180 g water
10 g yeast
10 g sugar
5 g salt

Mix all ingredients using a stand mixer with a dough hook. You can do this by hand if you wish. Knead dough for about 6 minutes and little longer if by hand.

Let dough rise until doubled in size. About an hour. Portion dough and punch out any air and let rest another half hour. Shape dough, add toppings and bake in an oven as hot as it gets until crisp.

Roughly how many portions would that make? Thanks for posting it, you reminded me that I was going to make pizza this week!

I add Olive Oil to my pizza dough. Makes it more pliable and tastes like the real thing.

The recipe that I use calls for it as one of the ingredients.

I've NEVER heard of pizza dough being made in a juicer either.

Adding olive oil makes the dough taste even better.
